The links.php file is designed to allow an administrator to easily put external links in the Profuturus navigation pane. The file is found in the local sub-folder of the Profuturus install and thus will never be overwritten by when updating to a newer version of Profuturus. Any html or PHP code found in the links.php file will be parsed and the output will be put into the lower section of the navigation pane.
